GENERAL
- All prices quoted are in euros, per room, per night and include all taxes.
- If you add an extra bed, and if that is possible, the additional cost is 20% of room rate.
- A child aged 2-6 years old sleeping in parents' room is not charged, one child per room.
- Due to lack of required specifications, pets are not allowed in rooms.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
- For any reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of stay is required. Upon your arrival amount due must be extinguished.
- Credit cards (visa and MasterCard) are accepted. Please ask for the special document "credit card authorization".
- Personal checks are not accepted.
- We can supply our bank details upon request.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- For any cancellation, change of dates or of the number of reserved rooms please let us know by e-mail as soon as possible.
- For cancellations made at least 21 days before starting the journey or arrival, there will not be a charge fee, apart from a charge of € 25.00 for filing fees and administrative costs. Therefore, we perform a refund depending on the payment method you have followed.
- If you cancel your reservation in less than 21 days before your arrival or do not get here in the specified date, the deposit is not refundable.
- In case of non - arrival (no show) or departure before the scheduled date, there is no refund.
